Ik ben oefentherapeut Mensendieck, leefstijlcoach en trainer. In 2008 ben ik met BigMove gestart als leefstijlcoach en beweegtrainer en heb ik ervaring opgedaan met het begeleiden van mensen met overgewicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als oefentherapeut\/ leefstijlcoach werk je met het gedragsveranderingsmodel en kijk je naar de mens als 1 geheel. Ik help iemand naar zelfstandigheid, zelfredzaamheid en gedragsverandering. Lifestyle is a way of life. Door alle facetten aan te pakken kan je verandering aanbrengen. Wij bieden de GLI SLIMMER aan. Aanmelden gaat via een verwijzing van de huisarts, de gecombineerde leefstijl interventie wordt vergoed vanuit de basis verzekering. Wij hebben met elke zorgverzekeraar een contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
